Guys Workshop Craft Day
In place of the usual craft day in June, some of the guys from church got together to make wood trains for Harvest of Talents. They started with raw wood and had to make it from there. They had to cut it down to size and then run it through a plainer to get the smooth correct size lumber, but they will have beautiful cherry wood trains when they are finished.
The trains will be varnished instead of painted since the wood is so pretty, and the red in the cherry will come out more and more as time goes on. Be on the lookout for a few beautiful cherry wood trains at this year’s sale.
